In order to satisfy customers’ needs, BLITZWAY’s Customer Services team is offering you after-sales service to ensure the quality of the goods.

In case you purchase goods directly from our website, please contact our after-sales service team via [email protected] as soon as possible with the photos of defective parts and the order number. In case you purchase goods from retailer, we suggest you to contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. They can assist you with replacement or refunds according to our policy.

  • After-sales services will only be provided for first-hand purchase via official channels, and are not applicable for purchase on online auction sites or unofficial channels.
  • We don’t provide any After-sales services for the goods that are parallel imported, second-hand or refurbished.
  • Replacement claim is only accepted for the initial defect in the production or manufacturing process and not for any contrived damages due to user’s careless handling.
  • Free repair and replacement will be provided within 30 days after purchasing.
  • Upon receipt of your email, our Customer Service representative will contact you within 7 working days for further actions.
  • Free repair and replacement may not be provided for tiny paint defect, scratch and damaged package.
  • Due to the limited edition nature of our collectibles, we cannot guarantee that all the accessories or items can be replaced.
  • Package is intended for products’ protection and any damaged package while shipping will not be replaced.
  • Product that was released for more than 1 year will not be accepted. Replacement of any item is subject to its availability.

BLITZWAY reserves final rights on all replacement requests.

Cancelation and Refund

In case you purchase goods directly from our website, you can cancel the order and get your deposit back within 7 days after placing order. You also can cancel the order after 7 days, but deposit won’t be returned to your account. As all our goods are manufactured based on customers’ order, the deposit is non-refundable and refund is not accepted after shipping unless there are fatal defect or damage in the product.

In case you purchase goods from retailers, we suggest you to contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. They can assist you with cancelation and refund according to their policy.
